Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how approved resellers may use the OhMyJewellers Reseller Portal for B2B catalogue access, self-shipping orders, dropshipping orders, payments, COD and related services.

OhMyJewellers Reseller Portal is the official B2B reseller platform operated by OHMYJEWELLERS. Our main consumer website is www.ohmyjewellers.in.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

By applying for access, logging in, browsing products or placing an order through the portal, the reseller agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not use the portal.

2. Business Identity

The portal is operated by OHMYJEWELLERS for approved B2B resellers. The reseller portal is available at https://partners.ohmyjewellers.in and is connected to the main consumer website at https://www.ohmyjewellers.in.

3. Nature of the Business

The portal facilitates B2B sale of physical 925 sterling silver jewellery products. Approved resellers purchase actual products for resale through Self Shipping or Dropshipping.

The portal is not an MLM, pyramid, chain-referral, adult-service, investment-return, donation or crowdfunding platform.

Resellers do not earn income by recruiting other members, building a downline or joining a member-chain system. Product resale margin is not guaranteed and depends on genuine product orders, lawful selling price, delivery status and portal records.

4. Reseller Eligibility

  • Portal access is intended for approved resellers only.
  • Application, business, contact and payout information must be accurate and current.
  • OHMYJEWELLERS may accept, reject, suspend or request further verification for an account.
  • Accounts are personal or business-specific and must not be shared without approval.
  • The reseller is responsible for account login security and activity performed through the account.

5. Product Information

Products are 925 sterling silver unless a product listing states otherwise. Product photographs are representative. Minor differences may occur due to lighting, screen display, handcrafted production, measurement method, finishing, material variation or batch changes.

Stock and availability may change. Product weight, size, colour tone and measurements should be treated as practical catalogue information unless specifically confirmed for an order.

6. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees.
  • Reseller prices may change because of silver-rate movement, labour, product weight, availability, tax, logistics or commercial updates.
  • The price shown during checkout is used for that order, subject to backend verification and order acceptance.
  • Suggested MRP is guidance only and is not a mandatory resale price.
  • GST, packing, shipping and payment splits are shown separately where applicable.
  • Current standard shipping charge is ₹70 for both prepaid and COD orders. The amount shown at checkout will be considered final.
  • Applicable GST is calculated separately during checkout or invoice generation.
  • The final payable amount is shown before payment or order submission.

7. Self Shipping

For self-shipping orders, OHMYJEWELLERS ships the order to the reseller's selected or registered address. The reseller handles onward sale, customer communication, inventory handling and local delivery.

8. Dropshipping

For dropshipping orders, OHMYJEWELLERS ships to the customer details entered by the reseller. The reseller is responsible for correct customer name, mobile number, complete address, city, state and pincode.

Where supported, the reseller sets the customer selling price before GST. Customer invoice GST is calculated according to the portal's current rules. Incorrect customer information may cause delay, return, failed delivery or RTO. Dropshipping means physical products are shipped directly to the reseller's customer; it does not create recruitment-based income or membership commission.

9. Payments

  • Razorpay processes applicable online payments.
  • Payment is collected against genuine physical jewellery product orders.
  • Selecting "Prepaid" does not itself confirm payment.
  • An online-payment order is accepted only after successful payment verification.
  • Available payment methods may include UPI, cards, net banking or other options offered by Razorpay.
  • Payment availability may change based on gateway, bank, risk or operational conditions.
  • OHMYJEWELLERS does not directly collect card number, CVV or UPI PIN on the portal.

10. COD and Security

COD eligibility is subject to portal limits, courier serviceability and current checkout options. The live checkout currently allows dropshipping COD only when the customer invoice total including GST is within Rs. 2,000. Dropshipping COD may require a Rs. 200 online advance/security amount.

The Rs. 200 security is linked to the specific physical product order. It is not a joining fee, membership payment, investment or recruitment charge. It is separate from the customer invoice, GST, margin and payout. Its refund, adjustment or deduction follows delivery, payout, RTO and cancellation records. Self-shipping full COD or partial COD availability follows the options shown during checkout.

11. Order Processing

Orders may require up to 7 business days for processing and dispatch after order acceptance and payment verification. Business days exclude Sundays and applicable public holidays. Customised, large, backordered or special orders may take longer after communication.

Order acceptance is subject to stock, payment verification, customer or reseller details, serviceability and operational availability.

12. Order Modification and Cancellation

Pending orders may be modified or cancelled only when the portal allows the action. After acceptance, production, packing, label creation or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible. Custom or made-to-order items may have additional restrictions after production begins.

Modifications can change price, GST, packing, shipping, payable amount, COD balance, customer invoice value, margin or payout.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms are explained in the Shipping Policy. Dispatch and courier delivery are separate stages.

14. Returns, Refunds and RTO

Cancellation, refund, RTO and security adjustment rules are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

15. Reseller Responsibilities

  • Use the portal lawfully and only for approved reseller activity.
  • Represent products accurately and avoid misleading claims.
  • Do not describe the portal as a recruitment, investment, member-chain, donation or guaranteed-income opportunity.
  • Obtain lawful authority or consent before entering dropshipping customer details.
  • Provide correct customer service and delivery information to end customers.
  • Do not misuse OHMYJEWELLERS branding, images, catalogue content or portal access.

16. Intellectual Property

Branding, images, catalogue content, product data and portal material remain owned or licensed by OHMYJEWELLERS. Resellers may use authorised product images for legitimate resale, but must not claim ownership or alter them misleadingly.

17. Account Suspension

Misuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, incorrect information, unauthorised access, policy violations or harmful conduct may result in account restriction, suspension or further verification.
