1. Currency
All amounts on the portal are shown in Indian Rupees unless clearly stated otherwise.
2. Reseller Price
The reseller's current purchase price is shown in the portal. The checkout price is used for that order, subject to backend verification, payment status, stock and order acceptance.
3. Dynamic Jewellery Pricing
Jewellery prices may change because of silver rate, product weight, labour or making charges, findings, components, plating or finishing, stock, quantity, taxes, operational updates or commercial revisions.
4. Suggested MRP
Suggested MRP is guidance only. It is not a guaranteed selling price, mandatory resale price or guaranteed profit.
5. Reseller Margin
Reseller margin arises only from lawful resale of actual physical jewellery products. The portal does not provide recruitment commission, membership income, referral-chain income or investment return. No margin, resale price or payout is guaranteed.
6. GST
Applicable GST, currently shown by the portal as 3% where relevant, is calculated and displayed before order confirmation. GST calculation may differ based on order type, customer invoice value and portal rules.
7. Packing and Shipping
Packing and shipping charges are displayed separately where applicable. Charges may vary based on packing option, order type, destination, courier serviceability and current portal rules.
Current standard shipping charge is ₹70 for both prepaid and COD orders. The amount shown at checkout will be considered final.
Applicable GST is calculated separately during checkout or invoice generation.
8. Dropshipping Selling Price
For relevant dropshipping orders, the reseller enters the customer selling price before GST. The portal calculates customer GST and customer invoice total. The reseller is responsible for entering a lawful and accurate selling price.
The selling price cannot be below the permitted cost where backend rules prevent it.
9. Payable to OHMY
The portal may show multiple related values: product cost payable to OHMY, online amount paid, COD amount, customer invoice total, reseller margin, Rs. 200 COD security, security refund and payout. These values are not the same and should be reviewed before placing an order.
10. Payment-Gateway Charges
No separate payment surcharge is stated unless it is clearly shown during live checkout.
11. Final Price Confirmation
The final payable amount is shown before payment or order submission. Review all values before confirming an order.
12. Errors
Obvious technical or pricing errors may be corrected before order acceptance, with communication and refund or adjustment where required.
